At CTM TAC, we have always valued user feedback and insights on our products. We have collected extensive feedback and suggestions from first-generation users. We must acknowledge that during the first-generation production batches, the factory experienced slight tolerance variations after manufacturing several batches. This resulted in quality inconsistencies in certain batches, indirectly causing operational issues.
For this second-generation version, we completely redesigned all components and details from scratch, starting from 3D modeling. We carefully identified potential issues in the design phase, continuously refining and improving them. Once the 3D models were finalized, we conducted extensive printing tests to identify and resolve any interference between components. Additionally, we partnered with a new CNC machining factory with more stable production quality. Not only did we achieve greater consistency, but we also enhanced the manufacturing process. Each component is now machined using at least 13 different CNC tools, doubling the production time while significantly improving precision. This ensures that every part in the second-generation batch meets the highest quality and accuracy standards.
Before mass production, we manufactured dozens of prototype sets for testing and refinement, constantly optimizing the design to achieve maximum stability. After extensive effort, we have finally completed the second-generation upgrade.
